The ministry has supported MycoKey with DKK 392.722 as wages for Jan Vesterholt. Jan has used his time to code 236 genera of inoperculate discomycetes into MycoKey. This part of MycoKey (MycoKey 2.0) will be released during 2005.
Tuborg Foundation
The Tuborg Foundation has sponsored MycoKey with 374.480 dKr. The money has been used to purchase various types of equipment (e.g. Macintosh PowerBook computers, Nikon and Microtech scanners, CD-ROM writer, a Leitz Macroscope with Nikon F5 photographic equipment and various software) and additional wages to Alf Gaba. University of Aarhus The Faculty of Science at the University of Aarhus has sponsored MycoKey with wages to Jens H. Petersen and Alf Gaba. The Institute of Biological Sciences host MycoKey web version on their Macintosh server. University of Copenhagen The Botanical Institute at the University of Copenhagen has sponsored MycoKey with wages to Thomas Læssøe.
