MycoKey : the genus Trichaptum

Generic short diagnoses: Thin, leathery, white rotting polypores with ± lilac colours on the poroid to dentate hymenophore and pileus margin, and with thick-walled, encrusted cystidia and cylindrical to allantoid spores.
