MycoKey : the genus Podophacidium

Generic short diagnoses: Fairly large, narrowly attached, inoperculate discomycetes on soil and debris in sandy conifer forests, opening with or without lobes, with ± ellipsoid, aseptate spores and a brown textura globulosa covering a hyaline textura globulosa.
