MycoKey : the genus Hysteropezizella

Generic short diagnoses: Tiny, greyish to brown, inoperculate discomycetes on monocots, erumpent through a slit or by lifting a lid, with 0-4-septate spores, a brown excipulum and in some species thin-walled hairs.
