Generic short diagnoses: Conocyboid and secotioid (loss of forcible spore discharge and distorted/anastomosed lamellae) agarics with brown spores with or rarely without germ pore; occurs in xerophytic habitats at the limits of the area covered.


Species example:


Galeropsis aff. andina - the species is not found in the area
