Generic short diagnoses: A dark olive grey to black, gelatinous, broadly attached, inoperculate discomycete on wood, with dark brown, ellipsoid spores.

Bulgariella pulla - DK: mørksporet linseskive - Paraphyses* and asci*, spores*, ascus tops (upper *, lower†- lugol)
